While your future choices can absolutely shape your healthy habits, it won’t last if you don’t first look at the past. What stories have you developed over the years about your health and habits? How have those shaped your past and current behaviors? It isn’t until we can objectively look at those stories that we can rewrite the story, move forward, and live the healthier life we’re meant for.
