What we eat is only one piece of the health puzzle.

It’s essential, especially for mothers, to nourish the mind and body equally.

In this workshop, we’ll explore ways to nourish our whole selves on 3 different levels:

MIND through social connections and proven stress reduction techniques,

BODY mindful movement you can do anywhere that’s effective and safe for mothers in all stages,

FOOD nourishing with food without deprivation or ‘giving up’ anything for balancing hormones and overall health.


What to expect:

Come as you are (little ones welcome) and ready to learn. We’ll walk through a simple mindfulness practice, learn a few exercises you can do in jeans and with a little one (or two or three), and enjoy a healthy snack while we discuss how to eat mindfully in a way that supports your overall health and goals.

DATE: Monday, October 21, 9:30am - 11:30am

LOCATION: Brianna’s home in Cheyenne Canon. Address to be emailed closer to the event.

Guests will receive a nourishing snack, a gift basket full of self-care items, a 7-day meal plan, and an experience of community and belonging in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
