When you work with me you have my undivided attention so you can think aloud, process and unravel past ‘truths’ about health so you can put them back together with more clarity, self-love and intentionality than before. I WILL SHOW UP FOR YOU. If you jump in on this journey with me I will continually show up for you. I will be right beside you, teaching you the basics, challenging you to stretch further, reminding you of your highest power, pointing you to your unique gifts and reminding you that you CAN do this. I will help you silence the food police one and for all, unravel the food “rules” you’ve been taught using research and common sense, and give you the freedom to take control of your health. For you and your family.

Hey mama,

I’m Brianna Towne, perinatal health expert and mama of 4.

As a mother of 4, I deeply understand the many needs of women in this season of life, and tailor my approach to nutrition and exercise in this vein. I learned early on in my journey to motherhood that my physicians didn’t have all of the answers when it came to nutrition and exercise - it’s simply not in their training. But when it came to finding answers that were legitimate, fact-based yet easy to understand (as a hormonal pregnant mama), I came up empty-handed.

I was determined to find the answers I was searching for by receiving a Masters of Science in Nutrition from American University, 200hr Yoga Teaching Certification, Pregnant + Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Certification, and becoming a Certified Health Coach with the American Council on Exercise

I bring that knowledge together in a way that makes sense - that any woman can understand and apply to her life. Not only during this murky and beautiful season of new motherhood - but beyond.
