  • 60-75 minute coaching session with Brianna will cover health history, goals and recommendations

  • Custom meal plan with realistic ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and tips for dining out

  • Recipes, recommendations and tips based on your goals and lifestyle

Sessions can be done in person in Los Angeles, or over FaceTime or Zoom worldwide.
